Construction Team Captains|Leaders – The construction team captain|leaders is the most critical role for a Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada project. The construction captain|leader meets with the construction committee once a home has been selected and the scope of work has been outlined. The construction team captain|leader visits the home, meets the homeowner, and plans the work for skilled and unskilled volunteers to complete. On Rebuilding Day the construction team captain|leader serves as site supervisor and leader during the project, keeping their team enthusiastic and energized. Construction team captains|leaders may come from a volunteer or sponsor groups or may volunteer as individuals.

Rebuilding Volunteer – Rebuilding Volunteers are essential to our mission of helping homeowners in need of repair services. Volunteers are needed help at repair and renovate homes so that low-income homeowners may live a safer and more independent life. Whether you’re knowledge of home repair and renovation is skilled, semi-skilled at an unskilled level there are opportunities to help. Note: All volunteers are required to attend a training session prior to beginning work on a project home.
