National Rebuilding Day

Saturday, April 26, 2014

RTSNV’s most recognized program, National Rebuilding Day is our annual citywide rebuilding event, where we celebrate our mission and bring attention to the plight of low-income homeowners.

Held annually on the last Saturday in April,  National Rebuilding Day (NRD) is the culmination of a year of planning, training, organizing, and mobilizing hundreds of community volunteers and sponsors throughout Southern Nevada, to repair and renovate  20 homes in one day!

THE RESULT?  Changing lives and making a lasting impression on the neighborhoods, families and individuals who are helped.

Are you a homeowner in need of home repairs, or property clean-up, and would like to be a part of National Rebuilding Day?

Repairing Homes, Rebuilding Lives – Volunteer

More than 1,500 volunteers – including employees of sponsor organizations and members of the community — will give their time to make a difference in the lives of more than 20  homeowner families throughout our communities!

For our many volunteers, National Rebuilding Day leaves them with the experience of helping their neighbors in need, which brings them back year after year.   And, anyone can volunteer!  Skill levels range from licensed professional trades people to weekend warriors and everyday citizens.
