How We’re Different

  • RTSNV serves to rehabilitate existing homes of low-income owners at no-charge to service recipients. We protect the homeowner’s independence as well as their main source of personal wealth, their home.
  • Rebuilding Together works to stabilize neighborhoods by focusing our efforts on communities with the greatest need, such as those with high rates of foreclosure, abandoned properties and vacant homes.
  • Rebuilding Together creates sustainable homeownership options by collaborating with housing providers, housing counseling agencies and social support agencies to ensure that individuals and families are able to afford and remain living safely in their homes.
