Founded in 1988, Rebuilding Together is made up of a network of more than 166 affiliates located in 43 cities across the United States.

Who We Are

Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada (RTSNV)  believes that everyone deserves to live in a safe and healthy home. RTSNV is a nonprofit organization that provides free home repairs and accessibility modifications for low-income homeowners. Since 1994, RTSNV has been working with the City of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson communities to preserve affordable homeownership by bringing volunteers and communities together to improve the homes and lives of low-income homeowners.

RTSNV and its 1,200 community partners and volunteers have renovated and rehabilitated more than 7,500 homes, impacting the lives of over 14,000 of southern Nevada’s most vulnerable homeowners and families. RTSNV provides services to seniors, veterans, and families of active-duty service members, multigenerational families, and disabled homeowners so that they may continue to live safe and independent lives.

Services are provided at no cost to qualified homeowners.

How We're Different

  • RTSNV serves to rehabilitate existing homes of low-income owners at no-charge to service recipients. We protect the homeowner’s independence as well as their main source of personal wealth: their home.
  • RTSNV works to stabilize neighborhoods by focusing our efforts on communities with the greatest need, such as those with high rates of foreclosure, abandoned properties, and vacant homes.

  • RTSNV creates sustainable homeownership options by collaborating with housing providers, housing counseling agencies, and social support agencies to ensure that individuals and families are able to afford and remain living safely in their homes.
